PURPOSE: A resonance soundproof wall for a city landscape is provided to improve a scene in the night time by inserting LED modules into the soundproof wall. CONSTITUTION: A resonance soundproof wall for a city landscape comprises supports(30) and soundproof blocks(10). The supports are installed on a road surface at uniform intervals. The soundproof blocks are installed between the supports. Each soundproof block comprises a cylindrical frame(10a), a sound absorbing material(11), an LED module(12), and a side cover(20). The sound absorbing material is installed inside the cylindrical frame. The LED module is inserted into the cylindrical frame.
