A FEEDBACK METHOD TO SECURE THE CONSISTENCY IN APPRAISALS WHICH CONSIST OF THE COMBINATION QUANTITATIVE INDICES AND QUALITATIVE INDICES

PURPOSE: A feedback method for securing the consistency of the evaluation and the evaluation of indexes is provided to evaluate the deviations of each evaluator by feedback of the fact and evaluating the evaluation factor. CONSTITUTION: An information processing device inputs an index of evaluation values. An estimation rank is calculated with the inputted index of evaluation values(S21). Average and standard deviation about each evaluation is calculated(S25). A tendency average according to each class and inclination standard deviation is set. The consistency average according to each class and consistency standard deviation is set(S27).
