Disclosed is a full-jacket helix centrifuge comprising at least one weir (15) diverting a clarified fluid from a drum (3). Said drum (3) is provided with a port (17) to which a throttling device, particularly a throttle disk (31), is assigned. Said throttling device is arranged at a variable distance from the port (17) and is configured as a static part in relation to the drum (3) when the centrifuge is in an operating position. A nozzle (21) which rotates together with the drum (3) and discharges the clarified fluid is associated with the port.
