PURPOSE: A dry waterproofing combined material for a building structure, a manufacturing method and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce labor force and construction time because additional membrane waterproof layer construction is not required. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a dry waterproofing combined material for a building structure is as follows. The surface of a material is cleaned. A primer layer for fixing a dry waterproofing combined material(10) is formed on the cleaned surface. The dry waterproofing combined material is formed on the primer layer using adhesive. A synthetic polymer sheet(12) is overlapped with the dry waterproofing combined material. The overlapped part of the synthetic polymer sheet is fixed.
