PURPOSE: The assembly structure of a vehicle horn is provided to implement higher productivity than a conventional component having a direction by forming a fixed iron core and the assembly of a body to be same circular shape. CONSTITUTION: An excitation coil(5) is rolled with a bobbin(2) inside a metallic body(1). A fixed iron core is magnetized by applying a current to the excitation coil. A suction force is varied according to the magnetization of the fixed iron core. A diaphragm(9) vibrates a movable corer according to the variation of the suction force. The fixed iron core is formed as a tooth structure(3a). The fixed iron core is inserted into the inner circumference of the central part of the bobbin. The fixed iron core is contacted with the penetration hole of the body. |
