PURPOSE: An extrusion die for a triple-layered pipe and a triple-layered pipe manufacturing device is provided to improve structural strength because a triple layered pipe is formed into one body to omit a welded part. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion die for a triple-layered pipe comprises a cylindrical main body(11), multiple first row molding units(12), and multiple second row molding units(13). A hollow portion is formed inside the main body. The molding unit is formed into a rod shape. The multiple first and second row molding units are projected from one end of the main body along the longitudinal direction of the main body, respectively. The second row molding unit is placed separately from the outside of the first row molding unit.
