PURPOSE: A method for nitriding vehicle parts using post plasma is provided to improve the hardness of vehicle parts through surface hardening treatment forming compound and hardened layers. CONSTITUTION: A method for nitriding vehicle parts using post plasma comprises the steps of: increasing the internal temperature of a furnace at vacuum pressure to heat a specimen(P10), ion-etching the surface of the specimen for 1 hour by injecting Ar and H2 into the furnace maintained at a processing pressure(P20), putting N2 and H2 at the ratio of 3:1~4:1into the furnace while maintaining the internal pressure of the furnace and applying current more than 20A to a screen mesh to nitride the specimen for 1~9 hours(P30), and injecting N2 into the furnace to cool the specimen(P40).
