PURPOSE: A continuous phenol foam board and a duct for an air-conditioner using the same are provided to maintain the coupling state of an outer cover and phenolic foam by the naps of a non-woven fabric. CONSTITUTION: A continuous phenol foam board comprises a first outer cover(110) and a second outer cover. The first outer cover and the second outer cover are formed by successively laminating an aluminum foil(111), glass wool(112), a craft sheet(114), and a non-woven fabric(113). The first outer cover and the second outer cover are integrated with the upper and lower surfaces of phenolic foam(130). Each non-woven fabric of the first outer cover and the second outer cover is coupled with the upper and lower surfaces of the phenolic foam. Each aluminum foil of the first and second outer covers becomes the external surface of the aluminum foil.
