PURPOSE: A nanodevice and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to unitize an electrode with a nanostructure by growing a junction material on the electrode using the electrochemical deposition method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanodevice comprises the following steps: locating a nanostructure on an electrode(S31); spreading a photoresist to the nanostructure except for portions to unitize with the electrode(S32); unitizing the nanostructure with the electrode(S33); and removing the photoresisit(S34).
