ELECTRO POLISHING ELECTROLYTE COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF METAL TUBE

PURPOSE: An electro-polishing composition of a metal pipe, and an electro-polishing method using thereof are provided to reduce the ununiformity of an electro-polishing by reaction gas, and to improve the productivity of the electro-polishing. CONSTITUTION: An electro-polishing method using an electro-polishing composition comprises the following steps: mixing 55~65wt% of phosphoric acid and 25~31wt% of sulfuric acid, and adding 6~8wt% of EP2 solution, and 4~6wt% of mixed solution containing EP13 solution and mineral water to the mixture; chemically reacting the mixture for 12 hours to make an electro-polishing composition(S10); contacting both ends of a metal pipe with a negative electrode and contacting a positive electrode with the metal pipe(S20); circulating the electro-polishing composition to the metal pipe(S30); allying a positive power and a negative power to each positive and negative electrodes to perform an electro-polishing(S40); and obtaining the metal pipe in which the inner surface is electro-polished(S50).
