摘要 PURPOSE: A kit and method for detecting steroid hormone using quantum dot is provided to improve detection sensitivity and to apply to bio sensor field. CONSTITUTION: A carrier for measuring immune response contains quantum dots(QDs) which zinc sulfide(ZnS) shell is coated on nanoparticles and steroid hormone antibody. The nanoparticles are cadmium selenide(CdSe), cadmium telolium(CdTe), zinc telolium(ZnTe), zinc sllenide(ZnSe), zinc oxide(ZnO), mercury tellolium(HgTe), or mercury selenide(HgSe). The mixture ratio of the quantum dot and steroid mixture is 1 : 0.001-1. The steroid hormone antibody is testosterone antibody, progesterone antibody, estrogen antibody, or inorganic corticoid antibody.
