PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell generating system and a thin film solar cell generating system are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by selecting a cost-effective material including palladium. CONSTITUTION: A thin film solar cell generating system includes a two dimensional metal chalcogenide composite semiconductor layer(7) as a solar cell absorber and a metal layer(8). The contact point of the metal chalcogenide composite semiconductor layer and the metal layer forms a schottky contact. The metal chalcogenide composite is formed by applying a dispersing element with nano-scale particles into a transparent substrate material(12). The thickness of a metal chalcogenide composite semiconductor layer is between 150 and 2500nm. |
