REMOVAL APPARATUS OF HEAVY METAL CONTAINED IN PIG SLURRY

PURPOSE: A heavy metal removing apparatus is provided to improve the removal efficiency of the heavy metal contained in the pig ordure and easily remove the heavy metal, contained in the pig ordure. CONSTITUTION: A heavy metal removing apparatus includes a reaction bath, a pump(15) for supplying the oxalic acid 2 hydrate aqueous solution undercurrented within a storage tank(13) to the reaction bath, a seize heater(17) reeled in the inner circumference of the reaction bath in a spiral shape. A mixer(19) mixes the pig ordure sludge provided to the reaction bath. A stainless sorting network(25) includes a plurality of holes of 0.5mm. A first valve(27) restricts the exhaustion of the oxalic acid 2 hydrate aqueous solution which contains copper and zinc and the sludge. A filter(29) extracts the oxalic acid 2 hydrate aqueous solution which contains copper and zinc.
