摘要 PURPOSE: A method of controlling a pretile angle on mixed alignment film using ion beam aligning method is provided to control mixing ratio of horizontal and vertical alignment material on mixed alignment material. CONSTITUTION: A mixed alignment material which a horizontal alignment material and vertical alignment material are mixed. The mixed alignment material is coated on a substrate. A material film which will be aligned on the substrate is formed. An ion beam is glazed down on the material film. A pertilt angle on the material film is controlled by controlling mixing ratio of the horizontal and vertical alignment material within the mixing alignment material.
