PURPOSE: A skewer rotating device for an outdoor roasting machine is provided to prevent burnt meat due to the concentration of heat and flame by slowly rotating a skewer fitted with the meat. CONSTITUTION: A skewer rotating device for an outdoor roasting machine comprises a skewer holder(100) and a skewer rotating tool. The skewer holder is easily inserted to a side of the top of a roaster body(1). The neck portion of a skewer rod(300) is placed on the skewer holder to be rotated. The skewer rotating tool is fitted to the other side of the top of the roaster body and rotates the skewer rod with a rotating lever(220) or a reducer motor. |
