PURPOSE: A pointing device and a method for providing visual feedback of the same is provided to control a display device through a pointing device, thereby receiving visual feedback according to the control form the pointing device. CONSTITUTION: A user input unit(11) receives input of a user. A communication unit(12) transmits a control signal corresponding to the user input to pointed target device(20). The communication unit receives a response signal which response to the control signal form the target device. If the response signal includes predetermined data, a control unit(13) generates a light emitting signal by responding to the data. A light emitting unit(14) emits by receiving the light emitting signal. |
