PURPOSE: A button for transmitting an emergency photo mail is provided to transmit the face of a criminal to a family or a friend with a simple press of one button, thereby preventing a crime. CONSTITUTION: A user generates a photo mail standby box on a mobile phone. The user inputs personal identity information in the photo mail standby box in advance. If the user presses a button for transmitting an emergency photo, the mobile phone transmits the photographed photo of a criminal with a SMS message of personal identity information to family and friends. If the user presses the button for transmitting an emergency photo one more time, a photographing function and photograph transmission function is repeated in constant interval.
