PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly functionality thermoplastic polyurethane elasticity chip and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and an adhesive property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally-friendly functionality thermoplastic polyurethane elasticity chip includes next steps. A two part type thermal curable polyurethane sheet is manufactured and shattered. An addictive is added to the pulverized two part type thermal curable polyurethane sheet crushed material. The material is fused, emitted, and cooled quickly. After the thermoplastic polyurethane sheet is manufactured, the thermoplastic polyurethane sheet is shattered. The thermoplastic polyurethane elastic chip is manufactured.
