PURPOSE: An insertion device of biodegradable fiber yarn for strengthening muscle is provided to reduce the extent of the pain sensation and to multiply the muscle strengthening effect by inserting two kinds of the biodegradable fiber yarns for strengthening muscle. CONSTITUTION: An insertion device of biodegradable fiber yarn for strengthening muscle includes: a biodegradable fiber yarn(10) which is inserted into the muscle of the human body; an injection needle(20) which partially accepts the biodegradable fiber yarn inside its body space; a handle unit(30) which is removably combined with the injection needle to serve as a handle; a fiber yarn fixing unit(40) which is installed to prevent the biodegradable fiber yarn from being separated from the injection needle; and a protective tube of the injection needle(50) which is removably attached to the handle unit and then protects the injection needle.
