PURPOSE: A device for dividing external terminal is provided to effectively exclude an external noise or an oscillation component, thereby standing static electricity of higher voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first high bandwidth pass unit(210) passes through a signal of high frequency bandwidth. A isolating unit(220) is connected to the first high bandwidth pass unit. According to the size of an applied power voltage, the dividing unit transmits or blocks a signal of high bandwidth which passes through the first high bandwidth pass unit. A second high bandwidth pass unit(230) is arranged between the dividing unit and an external terminal(300). The second high bandwidth pass unit passes a signal of high bandwidth which is transmitted through the dividing unit.
