PURPOSE: A turning machine using oil pressure is provided to use as an energy source using a power source according to the size of power generated by a hydraulic generating system. CONSTITUTION: A turning machine using oil pressure comprises hydraulic generating systems(13,14), levers(6,8), a drive wheel(9), a round frame(1), an inertia wheel(3), and a small electric motor(10). The lever engages with two saw tooth. The drive wheel generates torque by receiving fluid pressure. The drive wheel operates inside the round frame. The inertia wheel applies elasticity to the drive wheel. The electric motor enhances the speed of rotation.
