The device has legs (P1, P2) forming an angle ranging between 5 to 25 degree at respective bases with respect to an axle of implants (a1, a2) towards an outer side in an open form, where the legs are bent inward so that an inner side tangent at an end forms angles (beta1, beta2) with a longitudinal axis of the implant. The legs form another angle ranging between -0 and -15 degree at the bases towards an inner side in a closed form so that outer width is lesser than width of a base of anchoring zones (A1, A2). The legs are passed from the closed form to open form by deformation of the bases. |
