ALTERNATOR FOR VEHICLE WITH RECTIFIER HAVING PROTECTION-SHIELD OF DIODE LEAD

PURPOSE: An AC generator for a vehicle is provided to prevent the short-circuit between the positive pole and the negative pole of a diode due to a foreign material which is flowed from the outside by protecting a diode lead with a protection shield. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(150) comprises a board-shaped terminal assembly(23). The terminal assembly is included in order to interlink the positive pole(20) and the negative pole(21) of a diode. A protection shield(40) is located in the outside of a diode lead in a radius direction. The protection shield protects the diode lead by extending the terminal assembly in a frame direction. The protection shield is a tube shape.
