<p>The system has an intermediate communicating socket (PC) connected on a power grid and provided with a cellular communication module (3) e.g. general packet radio service (GPRS)module, associated to an universal integrated circuit card (UICC) (4) i.e. subscriber identity module (SIM) card. A detecting unit i.e. electronic card (6), detects a power supply interrupt at the level of the socket. A transmitting unit i.e. remote server (7), transmits an alert message to destination of a user when the interrupt is detected. The socket receives a plug (PA) of an electrical apparatus.</p> |
