X-RAY GENERATOR AND X-RAY ANALYZER HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An X-ray generator and an X-ray analyzer having the same are provided to obtain analyzed data of various characteristic X-rays by consecutively generating various characteristic X-rays. CONSTITUTION: An electron beam generation unit(10) radiates an electronic beam(1). A plurality of targets(20) are comprised of different elements radiating different characteristic X-rays(2) when electronic beams generated from the electron beam generation unit are collided with each other. A target holder(30) supports the plural targets. A target location controlling unit moves a target holder. A target position controller includes a motor selectively moving the plural targets to a transfer path of the electron beam.
