PURPOSE: An auto ignition type auto-thermal reformer, and a fuel cell system including thereof are provided to remove a separate ignition unit including an igniter and a hotwire, and to improve the durability of the reformer. CONSTITUTION: An auto ignition type auto-thermal reformer(10) comprises the following: a reacting container(12) including a first opening(13a) to inflow mixed fuel containing a first fuel solution and hydrogen peroxide, and a second opening(13b) for out flowing a reformate; a first catalyst(20) formed with unit catalysts; a second catalyst(30) located on the rear side of the first catalyst; and a third catalyst(40) promoting an oxidation reaction.
