<p>The device has a standard universal serial buskey marked with a portal address or courier address of a user. An automatic program for displaying a menu is stored in the key. An Internet site is dedicated and pre-registered in the program. The key includes a storing unit for storing identification number of the user. The automatic program and a password of the user are used to access identification data of the user on the Internet site.</p>
