CALIPER BRAKE

PURPOSE: A caliper brake is provided to prevent the uneven abrasion of a brake pad and the generation of noise and crack because a rigid heat radiation window is formed in the caliper housing. CONSTITUTION: A caliper brake(100) comprises a brake pad(153), and a carrier(130). The brake pad generates a frictional force by pressing both sides of a rotary disk. The carrier is installed so that a caliper housing(110) relatively moves in the carrier. A heat radiation window(117) is asymmetrically formed in the caliper housing to have different shapes on both sides of a rotary disc(300). A bridge(118) is formed in the circumferential direction of the rotary disc to divide the heat radiation window into two or more parts.
