UNIFICATION DUST SEAL AND SHIM OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: An integrated dust seal and core of construction machinery mounted on a joint which connects work equipment with a fixing pin to rotate is provided to increase assembly operation efficiency by simplifying a connection task of a bearing part. CONSTITUTION: An integrated dust seal(18a) and core(20a) of construction machinery comprise a bearing part and a bushing. The bearing part and the bushing pivotally support two members and are pivotally connected with each other using a fixation pin. The dust seal has a ring shape and prevent the inflow of foreign materials into the contacting motion side of the bushing and the fixation pin. The core is plate shape and is integrally formed on the side of the dust seal.
