The process of preparing consumable rolled food product (5) such as raw pasta and fresh lasagna raw dough in a form of strip (1) and malleable garnishing, comprises spirally rolling the food products to obtain alternate layers (2, 3) of pasta and malleable garnishing, baking the food product at 200[deg]C for 20-30 minutes in an oven to get crusty surface and perfect slices, and mixing and kneading the semolina wheat, eggs and water with the raw pasta, fresh lasagna raw dough and hard wheat semolina.
