PURPOSE: A freezing and vacuum drying machine is provided to improve drying efficiency using the small amount of power consumption by continuously eliminating moisture in a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A freezing and vacuum drying machine comprises a general drying chamber(1), first and second coolers(3,4), first and second vacuum pumps(9,10), first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth lines(12,14,20,21,23,26), seventh and eighth lines, and first and second compressors(17,18). The general drying chamber evaporates moisture in a material using a heater. The first and second coolers are alternatively communicated with the drying chamber and collect moisture in the drying chamber using cooling pipes(5,6). The first and second vacuum pumps make the coolers into a vacuum condition. The first and second lines are connected to the first and second coolers. The first and second compressors are connected to the first and second lines.
