POLYMER MODIFIED HIGH-EARLY STRENGTH CONCRETE COMPOSITE AND REPAIRING METHOD OF ROAD PAVEMENT USING THE COMPOSITE

摘要

PURPOSE: A polymer modified ultra crude steel strength concrete composition and a road pavement repairing method using thereof are provided to extend the curing time of concrete by adding a polymer modifier for reducing the defects of the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A polymer modified ultra crude steel strength concrete composition contains 5~25wt% of cement group binding material, 30~60wt% of fine aggregate, 20~50wt% of coarse aggregate, 0.5~5wt% of water, and 0.1~6wt% of polymer modifier. The polymer modifier includes 80~99wt% of ultra micro hydrophobic acrylic resin, and 1~20wt% of styrene butadiene emulsion.
