The system (11) has a take-off and landing platform (18) pierced with openings such that an air flow blown by a propulsion device at a base of a hull (14) traverses the platform by the openings formed in the platform. The platform has shape adapted to shape of a landing gear (13) of a captive aerodyne (10). The platform is supported above the ground or a structure of a mobile i.e. ship.
