The device (D1) has two guides (GL) integrated with two selected zones of a fascia (TB), where each of the guides is set with a cam path. A shape of the path is selected in a manner to guide a coupling element (EC) i.e. roller, to allow a guided displacement of a rear part (PR) of a support element (TR) between a lower position, in which the support element is in a retracted position in which an upper face (FS) is opposite to a part of a front face (FV) of the fascia, and an upper position, in which the support element is in a deployed position in which its upper face is directed upward.
