<p>The present invention relates to a guiding instrument for mandible angle reduction surgery. More particularly, the present invention relates to a guiding instrument for guiding a moving path of a cutting saw in order to protect peripheral soft tissue and reduce surgery time when a surgical operation of cutting a mandible angle is performed in the narrow oral cavity with the cutting saw. A guiding instrument for mandible angle reduction surgery according to the present invention comprises a guide plate having a slot for guiding a cutting saw along a longitudinal direction of the guide plate formed to be bored, the guide plate having a side surface concavely curved; a handle of a slender and long shape formed to extend from a widthwise upper side of the guide plate; and a hook formed to extend from a widthwise lower side of the guide plate and having an end bent in the direction in which the guide plate is concavely curved.</p> |
