PURPOSE: A compound with activation of inducing antioxidation enzyme system is provided to ensure antioxidation and anticancer activities and to treat and prevent diseases. CONSTITUTION: A mycosinol derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1, 2, or 3. A composition for inducing NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase contains mycosinol derivative as an active ingredient. The mycosinol derivative is isolated from Chrysanthemum coronarium extract. A method for producing the Chrysanthemum coronarium extract comprises: a step of extracting Chrysanthemum coronarium with methanol; and a step of purifying and isolating ethylacetate soluble part by chromatography. A pharmaceutical composition contains mycosinol derivative as an active ingredient. A food composition for preventing and treating cancer contains mycosinol derivative.
