The system has a control unit (50) with a calculation module (76) calculating a pre-positioning value corresponding to a control signal delivered to an actuator when supercharging pressure is stabilized on a setpoint. A detection block (96) detects a steady-state operation and an activation state of regulation of the pressure of an internal-combustion engine. A calibration module (90) has a calibration unit (94) to correct modelization of the actuator based on the control signal issued to the actuator when the steady-state operation and the activation state are detected. An independent claim is also included for a method for calibration of control of supercharging pressure of fresh exhaust gas in an internal-combustion engine of a motor vehicle.
