The device has a panel (4) connected to a watch through a connection and defining a housing (6) for a bracelet (3). A lever (8) is mounted movable in rotation around an axle. A control device (14) actuates the lever to move from a stable closing position in which it maintains the panel closed, to an opening position in which the panel is liberated and allows accessing the housing.
