PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing waste magnesium-oxide from an electrical steel sheet coil by rotation is provided to prevent the contamination of air in a work space by continuously removing waste magnesium-oxide while traveling a bogie along a rail inside a tunnel device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing waste magnesium-oxide from an electrical steel sheet coil by rotation comprises a bogie(9) and a tunnel device(10). The bogie in which a lower removal unit is installed is set on a rail to move inside the tunnel device. The tunnel device comprises shutters(27,27') for shutting an entrance and an exit, a top plate removal unit for removing the top plate of an electrical steel sheet coil, and an upper removal unit for removing waste magnesium-oxide attached on the top of the coil.
