<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which includes a mounting substrate mounted with a light-emitting member, a light-guide plate having a light incident surface on which light of the light-emitting member is made incident, and a positioning member having one end side embedded in the light-guide plate via the light incident surface and the other end side locked or fixed to the mounting substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The light source device is provided which prevents deviation in positional relationship caused by heat from the light-emitting member and enhances uniformity of output distribution of irradiation light, and the liquid crystal display device is also provided which is equipped with the light source device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
