<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication device and a data communication method using restriction information in a content move sequence. <P>SOLUTION: The data communication device includes: a restriction information creating means creating restriction information related to content move in a move source device when moving the content to a move destination device; and a verification means verifying content move destination information from the move destination device by use of device authentication key exchange.
