<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning fork piezoelectric vibrator resistant to stress and external force, and also to provide a tuning fork piezoelectric vibration device. <P>SOLUTION: At least a piezoelectric vibration base plate 20, in a crystal oscillator 2, includes: a first leg 21 and a second leg 22 being vibration parts; and a base 25 where the first and second legs 21, 22 are arranged by projection. The piezoelectric vibration base plate 20 includes: a pair of first excitation electrode 291 and second excitation electrode 292; and a pair of extraction electrodes 293, 294 respectively extracted from the first and second excitation electrodes 291, 292. A joining part 23, where the pair of extraction electrodes 293, 294 are respectively electrically joined with an external part, is formed in one region on the same main surface 26 of the piezoelectric vibration base plate 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
