<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor relay, in which optical shielding resin covering translucent resin absorbs less light from a light-emitting element and malfunction is not caused by invasion of light from outside to an inner part in the semiconductor relay which molds an optical coupling part in which the light-emitting element is made to face a light-receiving element and they are filled with translucent resin, and to provide a switching element that is turned on/off by signal transmission in the optical coupling part with optical shielding resin. <P>SOLUTION: A light reflecting film 7 is formed on an outer face of translucent resin 9 of the optical coupling part 1a, where the light-emitting element is made to confront with the light-receiving element and they are filled with translucent resin, and a shielding film 10 is formed on the outer surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
