PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excelling workability, proper electrical conductivity and full mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The substrate is a cylindrical conductive substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising a conductive resin composition containing a polyethylene and a conductive polymer.
