<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely transmit image data obtained by photographing an important document by a mobile telephone or other information terminal to a desired transmission destination on a public network. <P>SOLUTION: The document described on paper or the like is photographed by the mobile telephone 1, and an obtained document image is transmitted to a transmission side server 2 through a mobile communication network 5. The transmission side server 2 transmits the document image to a reception side server 4 through a VPN 8 on the Internet 6, and the reception side server 4 stores the document image received from the transmission side server 2. Because illegal acquisition and alteration of the document image by the mobile communication network 5 and the VPN 8 are difficult, the document image photographed by the mobile telephone 1 is safely transmitted to the reception side server 4 which is remotely located. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
