PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component delivery device capable of improving deliver efficiency without requiring to stay a transfer member in standby until a component arrives. SOLUTION: The advancing-retreating type transfer member 38 is inserted into a case body 24, and a storage recessed part 40 of the component 20 is formed in a place coincident with an inlet passage of the case body 24. An outlet passage 58 is arranged so as to coincide with the storage recessed part 40 when the transfer member 38 moves at a predetermined distance. A preliminary air injection port 63 for injecting delivery air into the component 20 in the storage recessed part 40, is opened toward the inside of the storage recessed part 40. When the component 20 moves to a supply passage pipe 59 connected to the outlet passage 58 by injection air from the preliminary air injection port 63, a main air injection port 74 for injecting carrying air is opened toward the inside of the supply passage pipe 59.
