PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fragmentation of a memory and to easily secure the continuous memory space of a large capacity. SOLUTION: For the purpose of preventing the fragmentation of the memory and easily securing the continuous memory space of a large capacity, the memory management system has: a memory control block table management part which has a memory control block table indicating the allocation position of a physical memory and manages the allocation of the memory in a physical address space; and a memory control block control table management part which has a memory control block control table for gathering the memory control block tables for each application and manages the allocation of the physical memory managed by the memory control block table management part for each application.
