PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle, capable of improving drivability by performing learning control of shift time even when the vehicle is stopping. SOLUTION: Determination of starting instruction is performed based on change in brake pressure (step S14), an actual shift time is determined by the time between the starting instruction and the determination of starting of the vehicle (step S19) (step S21), whereby shift control pressure is learnt and corrected based on the actual shift time and a preset shift time (step S22).
