<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing a number of parts of a windshield device in a saddle-type vehicle with a windshield device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of right and left windshield supporting parts 46R, 46L mounted to a vehicle body frame are provided to a windshield device 40, and a bottom 75 is bridged between a pair of the right and left windshield supporting parts 46R, 46L. The bottom 75 and a pair of the right and left windshield supporting parts 46R, 46L are integrally molded, and ends 91R, 91L of the right and left windshield supporting parts are connected to right and left ends of the bottom 75, and other ends 92R, 92L of the right and left windshield supporting parts are connected to a vehicle body frame.
