<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized waveguide power distributer including a coaxial line and a line conversion unit of a waveguide. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This waveguide power distributer includes: the waveguide 1 having a pair of distribution terminals 5a, 5b for output of an RF signal; and a probe 3 inserted from one end of a wide surface of the wave guide 1 for input of the RF signal. Metal barrier ribs 4a, 4b are formed, to be positioned on the sides of the pair of distribution terminals 5a, 5b from the insertion position of the probe 3, on a wall surface at the other end of a wide surface of the waveguide 1 facing the wide surface on the insertion side of the probe 3.
